Jean was extremely patient while explaining to me the issue with my Microsoft Surface Go 3. He also was very informed on the services and products offered by AT&T. As someone who is a long hauler from COVID-19 he worked very well with me while answering my multiple questions. Everyone should be like him. Also the team at this location is the best team U have experienced with AT&T.
