As I recall, Coulwood Pool and the clubhouse were built by volunteers in the neighborhood who wanted their families to have something to enjoy. I was raised in Coulwood (early '60's), my mother still lives there. The pool was mighty important to me when I was a kid, great memories there. My husband and I bought a house in Coulwood in 1993. When our kiddos came along, we went to the pool almost daily. Our kids are adults now, we don't live in Coulwood anymore but when we visit my mom, we still drive by the pool and clubhouse, thankful for the great times we had there. The pool is a treasure worth keeping and I hope the good times continue for the families living there now.

You will have to access the pool by taking Coulwood to Cathy Rd to turn right on Gum Branch and turning right onto Kentberry Dr and then right onto Coulwood. The road should be open after 5.
You can come with a member for $5. July 4th the pool is open to the public with a $5 charge for non-members after the parade!
You will most likely have construction all summer, mite pick a better site
