Pretty terrible place to rent from. Mold on the walls, broken smoke detector, house had holes in the walls and was pretty dirty when we moved in. They hide a lot of stuff in the lease too, so make sure you read it! They’re doing everything they can to squeeze a few bucks out of you.

Great rental company - leases are VERY strict and are signed VERY early, with no way of getting out of them except subleasing. We were asked to renew for the next year's lease 10 months prior to it starting, and it would lock us in a whole other year. So, two months into our lease, we needed to know if we wanted to be there a whole other year or not. We asked if there was a way to get out of the lease if we changed our minds, and they said the only way out would be to sublease it. Not signing the lease by the end of the month would put the place on the market. Luckily, both my husband and I have stable living situations, but if you're planning to rent with CollegeTown Properties, be expecting this type of stong-arming. They are for the profit, not their tenants.

Definitely want to live at one of these properties in the future. Just missed my chance without a co-signer but after all my taxes are paid I’ll have saved enough for full payment soon. Thank you for your customer service!!

Was given a move-in date of Aug 10, and only 12 days before move-in, was told there would be a delay of “a week or more”… which is extremely UNHELPFUL when budgeting and planning logistics for a move from another state. It is now Aug 11, and there has been zero communication on when the new move-in date will be. The lack of transparency is what I find most disrespectful.

Hi Zackary, we’re very sorry for the new building project next door to our property. Unfortunately we have no control over other companies building. If the noise begins too early or extends too late and violates any local ordinances please let us know so we can assist on your behalf with notifying the appropriate parties at ACC.
