I almost leased here. I am glad I didn't. The management staff, Shelley Jackson, was very dishonest, rude, and unprofessional. Left a horrible taste in our mouth. Would never consider leasing this place again.

My husband and I almost leased here. We have emails from them admitting that they lied about the unit's availability that they guaranteed to us a day prior. The leasing consultant, Shelly, then refused to refund us the whole amount we paid, which was 450 dollars, without a valid reason. She simply claimed that we were rejected because the unit was never available to begin with, which means that they gave us false information in the email. She was quite rude and unprofessional. We ended up having to spend lots of time talking to the manager, Susan, who appeared to be very confused about everything. Luckily, we received the full payment back in the end after negotiation and confrontation. If you are looking for an apartment with professional conduct and efficient communication, I suggest you do yourself a favor, save some time, and look somewhere else. Response: We were unable to get in because the office LIED. I have emails to prove that.

gave the office my information through their website, i was called a couple days later and scheduled an appointment to look at a 2 bedroom that was going to be available in the coming months. upon arriving, even though i had a scheduled appointment, they were confused as to why i was there, and had to explain that i scheduled an appointment. staff member then proceeded to go through qualifications to apply for an apartment there, such as: myself and my partner must be individually making 3x rent (rent for this specific unit was $1295), a year of past renting experience, and a year of previous pay stubs showing 3x rent for each person living there individually. It’s obvious they don’t want students staying here, and that’s not a problem, but scheduling an appointment with someone over the phone and not mentioning those qualifications on the phone or online is inconsiderate. seems like every other review is right in saying that there is incompetent and unorganized management here.

Liked the complex and was ready to sign a lease after my tour. Was told Id get a call that Wednesday with availability info. Never got a call and called back that Friday and following Monday, leaving messages both times. Never heard back so I signed a lease elsewhere.
