Horrible Customer service from the blond secretary with all the tattoos, called me a liar, which I wasn’t. Then get called a liar from the nurse saying, no body called you from here today.I showed her my phone and there phone # on my phone and then she responds oh well and did nothing to help at all. I liked my doctor Stacy Browder but I can’t deal with the anxiety you get put threw by just doing what your doctor asked.

They actually think their little 5 min visits they do at most warrants calling them doctors. It's the same Everytime "u doing ok?" "Any issues?" "Ok well let me call in your prescription..." and then u literally have to set up another appointment for a month later to do it all over again or they won't give u a refill and the reasons are obviously financial when the constant visits aren't necessary. Also I've voiced the same complaints for 2 years...and the answer is always to up my mg intake Everytime. Then when I say u know what how about I stop...they just agree with me. No supposed college doctor knowledge at all. I mean...hahaha so u know what I had enough pills built up from them not figuring out what mg I should take that I could lower my meds on my own without their refills. So I did myself for 3 months. And now done..and guess what...I feel better. Imagine that. A high school education figured that out 😂 and it's not that the staff isn't nice...they just seem kinda unnecessary...they are just there...but with little purpose other than to write prescriptions haha
