I called on Tuesday morning to make my yearly mammogram appt. I was left on hold for 38 minutes. I stayed on the line because it was my day off and could only call at this time. I ended the call and called back to be transferred to another line that had nothing to do with getting an appointment at the Breast center. I called back to get appointment and spoke to a representative who rudely told me that most people had to wait over an hour due to a staff shortage and put me back on hold. I waited another. 74 minutes before ending the call. I will not be getting an appointment today after all.

I used to like Atrium Health. The new CEO has destroyed it. Good luck getting a mammogram appointment. He is out to kill you women. Central scheduling is an absolute JOKE! They're unprofessional, at best. They hang up on you and claim they can't hear you. Don't waste time...

I have been going here for many, many years and have always been happy leaving. I was very surprised to see such a poor overall rating. The are always, kind, punctual and professional. I would 100% recommend this facility!

I am a breast cancer survivor. My oncologist basically fussed at me today because I have not had my mammogram on my remaining breast. Now I remember why, every time I call, I spend at least 15 minutes on hold and I have yet to get a human being. This number listed is for the main hospital in Charlotte, they have to transfer you. Misogyny in healthcare is alive and well.
