Doctors and staff are great. But you can't get through when you call for an appt, at all. They won't ansure the phones or call you back. I've had to take kids to urgent care because you can't get through. And the receptionist can be rude.

Would rate 5/5 but due to a receptionist named Nicky I'll give it a 1 star. She was very rude and had an attitude with me because I came to appointment early when I was told by my doctor I could come in at any time for my X-ray and blood work. Apparently the x-ray lady doesn't come in till 8:45am but I wasn't aware and didn't deserve to be talked down to because of it. Also my health portal didn't show me a date or time for the appointment due to it being a nurses visit and not a doctors visit. The doctors and nurses on the other hand is amazing but they need a better receptionist.

Great doctors and staff!

The front desk worker displayed rude and unkind behavior. We arrived for the appointment 10 minutes late due to an emergency situation and explained what had occurred and received zero compassion or understanding. At our first appointment at this facility, we waited over an hour to be seen but did not make any complaints as we recognize that this is what to expect at health care facilities anymore. But to be treated with such a lack of compassion over being 10 minutes late demonstrates the continued lack of care and heart that healthcare facilities put towards their patients in order to make money. Health care facilities like to say that it is patients first, but this was not our experience at this facility at all. Do better.

I was there today and they are short staffed, down 2 in the front I believe I heard.
I have been going here for years, and the only times my medications have been changed are when the doctor thinks that other medications would be better than the ones I am taking. This has always been done with explanations.
