Worst hospital ER I think I've ever seen. I have worked in a hospital ER as a tech and registration, and have never seen anything like this. I arrived at 1030am, on a Tuesday. At about 1200, I went to the front desk to see if they forgot about me, as I was having pretty bad flank pain, and have been getting over multiple UTIs. So I'm thinking Kidney infection. The lady at the front desk, said they r busy, blah, blah blah, and I said yes I get it but my pain is getting worse and I haven't even been triagged yet. The one lady looked shocked that I hadn't been triagged and the other lady has the nerve to say well if your talking it must not be that bad!! I'm sorry, but if you work in healthcare and you don't have any empathy or compassion for a pt that is in pain, then You SHOULD NOT BE here!! Now it's been almost 4 hrs later because they told me to wait for my lab results and still nothing. The front desk people are useless and knows nothing about even trying to help. They are just bodies there. Also every person that was here when I got here and after are gone from the lobby. The only person I'll give kudos to was the lab tech who drew my blood.

The doctor forgot about my step dad who was waiting to be discharged after a cardiology related event. Not even the nurses checked on him. He had to go to the nurses station to find out what was going on. I am sure he will get billed for the additional stay on top of having to deal with their negligence. Avoid this place at all costs.

ER review- support staff is exceptional!! Doctors are good, but not very good communicating since the RNs are deplorable!! Somehow my needing the ER, and not actually be dying, is a huge inconvenience! I didn't know that one needs to be a cheerleader patient as to not offend the RNs (who ignore your pain, need for hydration, and blood sugar ) with the inability to breath and speak eloquently at all times when one is in fear for their health! COMPASSION!! Have some COMPASSION for your suffering patients!! You may see this everyday, but you patient does not!! And they are scared!! And it's not anxiety if it's related to a surgery, so get educated before you open your condescending mouth!!

I’ve been coming to this hospital since I was born. Since for the last 8 years at least I have not ONCE seen my actual doctor because there is never any appointments for them. Then when I switch doctors, I still have the same problem. I had surgery and they almost gave me a medication I am allergic to if my wife hadn’t noticed. I had a doctor tell me after three days of not being able to keep medication, food, or water down that it was probably just from period side effects later to be rushed to emergency surgery. They DO NOT care about you. They care about getting you in and out and putting a band aid, if that, on the issue.

Are the blood labs open today?
Some time is open
Kaiser members should be able to fill existing prescriptions at any KP pharmacy. I have occasionally experienced one pharmacy or another may not have enough on-hand, and gotten a partial-fill with the balance to be picked up a few days later. Inconvenient, but it's not like every office can stock every med in unlimited quantities
Call local medical release of information office closest to you, if you sign In to your kp.org on the computer you can also request or transfer online. If you have a doctor here still, they can assist you as well
Blood draw labs located in the third building next to hospital, its the building with a coffeeshop inside. But if you are still lost, stop one of the kaiser employees (they would wear a Kaiser badge) and they should be able to point you to the right direction
