I’m a Clemson student from Massachusetts and I decided to come here for potential strep or mono symptoms yesterday. I felt miserable and just needed to figure out what was wrong. The nurse I saw that administered my strep test was incredibly rude, slamming cabinets, stomping around, and getting angry with me when taking my information. The second lady I saw was very nice, however, she prescribed me random medications without making an effort to figure out what was wrong with me. We spent 30 minutes talking about my birth control that I’m not taking anymore and personal details about it when I came in for my sore throat. I decided to call my own doctor from home to ask if I should take these medications that she prescribed and he said absolutely not and explained in detail what the potential outcomes of this illness were (which neither of the women at minute clinic had done whatsoever). Horrible experience & will not be returning. Prescribing unnecessary medications is dangerous.

Clemson Minute Clinic is awful. Made an appointment and showed up all for them to say I’m not in the system. Not only that you’re treated like a number not a person and quite frankly one of the ladies really should touch up on her customer service skills. Awful location and is not a “walk in friendly” clinic by any means.

Came in due to a hearing loss issue and two of their doctors said I had ruptured both eardrums and it was the worst they’ve ever seen. They said I ruptured them so bad that they couldn’t even see my eardrum and I would probably need reconstructive surgery. I went to an ENT after that and turns out I just had fluid in my ears. Total waste of time and money.

Google says open till 7:30 came in at 6:45 3 ladies sitting chatting after 2 looks 1 lady ask could she help me I asked to be seen and they said it’s too late I stated the 7:30 time and she said it’s past time we take the last person we have to clean. With tears in my eyes I said well I hope I don’t die tonight and she said oh I’m sure you wont. Worst place ever!!
