I am not a sushi lover but slowly becoming. I am keen on the raw sushi/sashimi but this is where I choose to try them because I know it will be quality with great flavor. The fresh fish is sublet and does not smell fishy at all. The sushi rolls are also very good and good size portion. It is not the cheapest place but the price matches the quality. If you can, try this place out. Oh and seating at the bar gets you faster service.

The food is delicious. I miss one of my favorite specialty rolls (the surprise roll), but this has been one of my family's favorite places to eat sushi in Clemson. No complaints about our service.

Do you cook in front of us or is it cooked in a kitchen?

It could be either, they have a section with grills where they cook in front of you and a sushi bar you could sit at to watch them put it together. Or you could sit at a table like any other restaurant. If you want to sit at the hibachi grill, I recommend calling ahead because they're often full.
