I wasn't able to make an appointment online so called to see if I could come in and was told to do so. I left right awat and drove 40 minutes to get here. When I arrived they tell me they aren't taking any more patients. I explained to the front desk I was told to come in and she still refused to book an appointment for me. I could have driven into Anderson instead of wasting my time coming here. If you can't guarantee a spot, DONT tell someone to come in. Extremely frustrated. Such a waste of time. Will never come back or recommend this walk in to anyone.

I know this place gets a bad rep for the waiting time. It’s not as bad as it was when covid first hit. Use their online system to set up an appointment, that cuts time down by a lot. I was able to go back in 20 minutes vs an hour because i reserved a space online. I was there for 2 hours. Not bad considering they have a small team and i had to wait an extended amount of time for my tests to return. Nonetheless the doctors and nurses listened to my concerns, and tested a wide variety of possibilities. They were very kind, patient, and respectful. They also have an X ray machine, which most Urgent Cares lack.

Being a Sunday afternoon I knew the wait would be a little long but nothing in excess. The check-in process was smooth. The care that the medical team showed and time they spent with me showed that they truly cared for me as a person.

I came in today very sick with Covid. Dr Miller and the nurse, Laura were amazing. I can’t say enough about the level of care I received. They took so much time with me, administered fluids and checked on me several times while I received the fluids. Amazing care from a caring staff!
