Love this park! We were sad the last time we visited, the dirt trail was under major construction. We were almost chased out by a dump truck. Excited to see what they do with it. Sad for the trees they took out.

Lots of clearing and construction underway. New path across the dam almost complete. Never crowded. Water quality better than usual.

I prefer the places other people aren't, and the park was well maintained AND secluded. Will return!

It's nice park and trail near the resovoir. A bit short trail but there is a small parking area.

Yes, I believe so. After parking and walking down the paved path, there is a short but steep dropoff leading down to a small spot where you can launch.
I don't see why not. Although the water looked pretty dirty and nobody else was in the lake when I went last week
