They close at 12, was in line about 11:48. Stayed in line until about 12:04. They turned the screens off and stopped serving 2 cars ahead of me. When I was younger and worked fast food, if someone was in line before we closed, we served them since it was our fault they weren't through the line yet. But it's okay, I'm sure they had an attitude anyways 🙄

All I got was the 2 cheeseburger meal. BOTH cheeseburgers were dry, that even the ketchup didn't help the sandwich. I gave em to my dog. The fries were fresh, I guess that's a good thing.

They have a manager there, that's plays favorite's, between the guys and girls. People, waiting for food, just because the back line wants to talk and dance around. That is bad , makes the front line, look bad and is bad for business.

No one should wait no more than 1 minute for their food and drink . If the manager does not say anything to the employees than ask for corporates number . It's time for new manager and employees .

Why can't you get people, that knows how to work?? Some of the slowest and sloppest service, I have seen. Had to wait for close to 10 minutes before getting my food.

It does take time to prepare food unless you want it cold or old

Does the shift that works at 5am know that the frappes are suppose to be cold? I have yet to see proof that this is knowlage they possess.
