Very rude staff. I was at the cash register ordering my kids food. The lady taking my order could not hear what I was saying over the noise in the restaurant, so I leaned forward and SLIGHTLY raised my voice so the lady could hear my order. This short & fat Mexican woman came running from the back screaming "Don't be yelling in here" blah blah blah. I was not yelling at the cashier in the first place. She seemed to be a manager because she was in a different shirt than the rest of the staff. However, she was clearly a NEW manager & a VERY inexperienced one who lacks basic communication & customer service skills. She looked like she was on a weird power trip & was looking for someone to get into a confrontation with..... kinda like a feisty little chihuahua who just heard a stranger knock at the door. She seriously needs more training on how to deal with customers & also how to recognize when there is a problem and WHEN THERE ISN'T A PROBLEM. She aggressively interjected herself into a situation where help was not needed. I felt like she had a deep want & urge to assert her authority because she wanted to feel needed. Poor thing. She may have anger issues or problems at home because she seemed so unhappy with herself that she felt the need to unnecessarily harass customers for absolutely no reason. Taco Bell.... GET THIS LITTLE GIRL MORE TRAINING! And a muzzle. 🐕‍🦺
