Today(10/3) I went to the drive-thru speakr and said that I had a $4 coupon for the Reuben sandwich. Your total is $5 pull around🤔. I get to the window and asked how could that be? How much is the tax? The employee says I don't know but the regular price of the sandwich is $9. I said it don't matter. I paid and drove off very annoyed. I drove around the store and parked. Went inside to speak to a manager. A young lady comes up and I explain to her the situation. She goes over to drive-thru, I hear them talking and her laughing.(Side note: drive-thru employee was a manager as well) She comes back with a $5 bill and says the printer isn't working so I can't see what he charged you for. Here's your money back and you can keep the sandwich on the house. I WAS BLOWN AWAY!!!
