The older lady with the afro puff and glasses was so rude and nasty! My exchanged item was less than what my original was, she said I owed a difference, then wanted the original card for an exchange???? You may want to hire someone who likes people and what they do because it's obvious she likes neither! I'll never step foot in that place again, I should have listen to the countless other people who said she was rude and not to go in there. It's a shame because it's a nice place and some of the other staff is pleasant.
