Did not have a long wait even when I showed up before time. Great people.

All of the personnel were pleasant. They treated me and my dog great. They resolved all his problems. He is not the easiest dog to handle but he came out stress free. I would recommend them highly.

My chihuahua was dying in my arms and I couldn't get him across town to the other vet without him suffering. We got him to Pioneer and they helped him immediately end his suffering. Including creamation, and everything. We are going to try to switch our other pets to Pioneer now. Thanks guys for everything. Cory

I wish I could give 0 stars. I took my cat in on 7/6 for difficulty breathing. Dr. Wood told us it was stress and that we needed to change our home arrangements. I told him I did not think that was the cause as we had her for 11 years and know what it stress and what is not but he seems very convinced. He told me to do the things he suggested and bring her back in 3 weeks. She died 3 days later after being rushed to Blue Pearl emergency clinic because she could not breathe. The vet at Blue Pearl told us she likely had throat cancer and said they could feel a large lump in her throat. That lump was closing off her airway. I could go on and on. Please don't take your animals here. I feel like he couldn't care less. He didn't listen to us and apparently did not examine her throat otherwise he would have felt the lump.

I'm sorry I don't know but they are a WONDERFUL clinic. My only suggestion is to call.

Do you see hamsters?

They are a small animal clinic so, I'd have to imagine they would but, as I have cats n dogs, I've never asked. Good question for sure.
