My entire experience at this store was great from beginning to end. Started with Josh, assuming the GM, and ended up working with Mike C. They were both very helpful, especially with my indecisiveness. If you want to talk to someone who will honest with you without trying to lock you into something you don't need then Mike is the one. Highly recommended!!

Carl at t mobile oleander was able to diffuse a legitimate walking bomb (me). He was professional, understanding, and compassionate. Since t mobile changed to their telesales in the Phillipines their phone customer service is non existent. They have lied to me consistently over and over and over on the phone. Carl saved this account and has maintained my faith that a customer of 15 years with t mobile will remain one. Whatever bonus or accolades are available for a store manager Carl certainly deserves them.

It was a very good experience I was able to help my mother get a iPhone 13 and the staff explained everything being a android user I was a little lost little lost they explained everything and wait time was quick as they could be because they had a store full only bad thing need more comfortable sitting to wait.
