I was forced to give them one star so I can warn you not able to speak on the phone at the moment my wife handled the call for me and was dealt with very rudely from the beginning of the conversation to the end she told me she absolutely believes race was an issue extremely rude and not willing to work with us at all even though the hospital messed up with the billing and we never even received one bill this company is not professional at all and I will contact the hospital and chastise them for giving them Any business including my personal information I will be contacting a manager there tomorrow if I am able to speak and supersede this woman that has racial issues I may contact the Better Business Bureau and report them as well

They are a hospital collection agency. Most likely you have a debt that's been sent to them for collection
Yes... the company reports weekly and the bureau's update their every 30 days
No info on online pay but hours of operation Monday through Friday eight to about nine. They may waive fee if you ask
