When mom first went in the facility, we were told they handle patient’s with dementia. In about a year, she was given her 30-day notice to leave the facility, stating they can’t handle dementia. When I took her home to my house, in order to find another facility, she had bruises on her back and legs. No one at the facility could explain to me how they got there. When I was moving her, they could not find mom’s wheelchair. The attitude was that it was not their problem it was missing. The fact that I pay on it monthly did not matter to them. They were more interested in watching video on their phones than taking care of their residents. I would not recommend this facility.

My grandma was in this place and they treated her very poorly. They would not turn her clothes, would give her someone else clothes that were too small. They wouldn't give her a shower. They wouldn't let her eat unless she was sitting at a table in the dinning room. As her health going down fast, they act as if they just don't care for the residents in this facility.

My father was at The Bridge for 4 months. The staff was very kind and caring. We were extremely pleased with his care.
