Great place for what your pet needs

I have been going to this pet smart location to do my dogs grooming for years. My dog doesn’t like to get groomed so they have a note that says to treat with care and take it slow with him. I got to the place and the stylist already seemed like she did not want to do his grooming. She didn’t greet me or anything. She came over to see if he had any matted spots and when she reached for his back side he growled a bit. I am obviously not a pet groomer so I don’t know how they do things but I can’t imagine that every dog likes to get groomed. Anyway, after I drove there with my newborn and my two year old she refused to do his hair cut and bath. I just don’t understand. Just wasted my time, and for what? To not even attempt it? Very upset. I come here to Banfield as my pet hospital and never had a problem either when I drop him off. So it just seemed like she didn’t want to deal with him today. All the previous stylist never had any problem with him.
