I would give zero stars if I could. My son came home with the same chemical imbalance he went in with. They don't care about nothing but the mean green!!! π²π²π²

I was sent to three rivers from piedmont in rock hill s.c. also terrible they took me involuntarily i got there and i sat in the assessment room for about an hour then went upstairs to the adult facility sat in the chairs for forever everyone just looking at me and staring the other patients were very helpful i didnt see a psychiatrist for about 3 days because they dont come in on weekends but even when they came in mine didnt come in until later on in the day i saw my social worker and she was very helpful trying to get my out of them because i was sent because of lies someone made about me and they had sent me involuntary i kept trying to get help so someone knew i wasnt there because i wanted to be and even after talking to the psychiatrist i got told it would have to go threw the court because it was court ordered i was scared and cried the first 2 days because ive never been away from my family or anything before when i wanted to call them on the 1st day i was there i couldnβt because i was admitted yet so my family didnt know anything they didnt know where i was until i was finally able to call them that night the food wasnt that bad if it was hot and the staff was fine even though theres alot that goes on in there that nobody would know about but if you look you will observe alot there wasnt much to do except watch tv go outside go to groups and everytime you look up the staff was just writing what you were doing in their notebooks this place wasnt any help to me they are open just to be open at this point i feel as if they just take you in so they can get paid thats all they dont really care about your mental health or any other problems you have just the money they will get paid.

My son is currently admitted in voluntary at this Facility. He was not prescribed medication for his mental illness all weekend even though he was seen by a "weekend doctor" He has injured himself today and had to be taken to the ER. Plan on documenting everything and based on the reviews may have a significant case of neglect. Please feel free to email me and tell me of your experience, or that of a loved one. We maybe able to move forward in making the facility accountable. We need a better mental health alternative than what is described here!!

These people failed TWICE to ensure my family member had their medication after discharge. Went to the pharmacy TWICE in TWO WEEKS and the scripts were wrong. This is absolutely unacceptable.

5 to 10 days depending on why you're there or if you are waiting on a long term
Yes
You can but they will be searched and read by the therapist
Yes, after dinner around 8 the kids van call their parents, they will give their parent number and wait until its their turn
Yes my daughter had medicaid
As a patient, I find it fascinating that parents can be so completely oblivious to their involvement as to the reason why their kid behaves like they do. You should enroll yourself in the program, instead of making your kid become so depressed that he wants to isolate himself from his mom. He is also not required to endorse your religious beliefs, it's honestly abusive to indoctrinate children into a belief system and force them to abide by it. Especially not when you have believers that were like my mom - she put me in handcuffs come and gave me an exorcism and choked me out with a prayer cloth because I was being a hellion hormonal teenager
Yes good medical staff
In order to speak to your son you have to obtain his patient ID number because he's an adult they cannot give out information about him or any adult unless they have the adults permission. Depending on whether he's on the adult unit he will have to call you himself and give you his patient ID number. The hospital must comply with HIPPA regulations.
Yes on Medicaid and no on disability
Yes they will still take you
I really don't know but i know their are days you can visit your kids
They will give you an envelope with a card in it with your id number on it.
Hello, Outpatient services occur Monday through Friday everyday except for major holidays.
As a parent, you pretty much go in with your body and your clothes. As a patient, pretty much the same. No strings on pajamas, pants, or anything long like shoe laces. No cell phones or electronic devices. You're pretty much you with clothes and that's it. My daughter was allowed to have pictures, coloring books, puzzle books etc. She said there's moments of the day you're locked in your room and then there's moments you're with group, eating times and just relax time watching movies in the main lounging area. She said her roommate stashed some crayons but that's the only contraband she seen there. It's not really contraband though, you get crayons from the nurse but you're supposed to turn them back in. Males and females are separate except during group and lounging times. That's all I know for now until my daughter gets home tomorrow from her dads.
That's not a question. My daughter was released within 2 weeks. She said kids were released everyday while she was there.
Genetic disposition eg. brain chemistry, usually triggered or presents around late teens.
Yes.
Yes, Three Rivers adheres to structured programming. The schedules are posted in patient areas so they will know when they will be attending group therapy, have quiet time, phone time and visit our cafΓ©. While at Three Rivers there are guidelines that aid in a healthy treatment stay just like at any hospital. If you or someone you love need behavioral health services, just call Three Rivers and schedule a no cost assessment.
They may not be false which is why she is acting out
