Upon admission to Three Rivers, the patient will be given a patient ID number. The patient can choose to share this number with family and friends who can then call and speak to the patient and members of their treatment team. Without a patient ID number, Three Rivers will not be able to confirm that someone is there. Three Rivers values our patients' privacy and will not speak to anyone without the patient ID number. Additionally upon admission a patient may sign a release of information so that members of their treatment team can share insight and information with those denoted on the release. Releasing information regarding treatment at Three Rivers is at the patient's discretion.
