Wish sc had better clinics. After a year i should undate this review. This is a good place except they place roadblocks up so make you fail. And take home policy is way too slow. Will will go because there are no other better clinics Great place. Very friendly staff. Did a lot of research before coming here and everyone was right. Great place.

I have been coming here since I was 17 and I absolutely love them. At the time I was still considered a minor but had an addiction I wanted/needed help with and they were the only clinic willing to take me as a patient. Since then, I haven’t and never will change clinics. They are absolutely amazing! The counselors are very kind and actually care. Everyone does everything necessary to make sure you are feeling good during your recovery. The doctors, nurses and pharmacists listen and help change whatever you feel needs changed when you feel something isn’t right or you aren’t satisfied. 100% recommend this clinic to anyone in as the best!

If you are having problems this is the best place out of all that can help you. The staff is amazing. Most caring, dedicated, genuine people. I've never recieved treatment like I recieve here. The nurse staff, counselors(especially two I met with today) docs and pharmacy are the best. You won't find a place as dedicated to your needs as Lexington Treatment Specialists. Please take my advice. If you're serious and looking for treatment, go there. I didn't want my identity to be posted by this review for certain reasons but I'll post to let people know this is the place you want to go. Take my advice. They Saved my life.

It depends on which medication you’re referring to, but yes we can provide patients with monthly Suboxone prescriptions. The rules for the methadone program are different, however.
We have no separate fee for intake.
Hello! We offer the first month of treatment for $15 for the entire month. The normal daily rate is $14, $83 paid weekly, or $310 paid monthly. We also accept Medicaid which involves no out of pocket expense. We will soon also be taking BCBS.
