My Dyson vacuum stopped working so I took it into the Dyson Service Center for a diagnostic. Three people were ahead of me, and I have to tell you I didn't mind waiting at all. Listening to this gentleman provide customer service to each customer ahead of me was refreshing. He was knowledgeable, quick and very patient. I knew that when it was my turn in line, I was going to get some great customer service and WOW did I!! He asked me the right questions and I gave him my answers. There was no power to my Dyson vacuum...he said he would be back in 3 minutes and had me complete an information card. In less that 3 minutes he was back with a new motor unit installed and even replaced my cannister and all at no charge!! I was expecting a $200 bill and was even contemplating buying a new vacuum if I had to, but I was shocked when it was all covered and costed me absolutely zero cents. It literally took 5 minutes from when it was my turn to having a practically new Dyson in the back of my car. This place is honest and has exceptional customer service. I highly recommend the Dyson Service Center and will pass the word around on this place for sure. No appointments needed either, just pop in. They offer discounts on new Dysons too and trade in value as well.

Not Impressed. They seemed to be interested in taking as much $ from us as they can and trying to sell us one of their units sitting around and not fixing ours, didn't think they have very professional service either. Treated my wife like she was stupid.

I WISH MY DYSON BROKE MORE OFTEN because these guys are incredible. Dominic goes above and beyond, every time. I’d give 6 stars if I could. Thank you BOTH for giving fantastic customer service (a lost art these days.)

Awesome service when I’d unclogged my upright Dyson as much as I could, but it was still clogged. Kevin was great and my vac is running beautifully!

This place, and Dyson are awesome. we had a new v10 and there was a battery issue. it was under warranty. Dyson online support did give us the wrong hours. The real hours are 9 to 5. However i went to drop off mine about 10 minutes to closing, and they asked if i could stay for 5 minutes. they fixed it right then, and gave it back within 5 minutes. no charge of course. verry friendly! They even did the exact same for another customer. I would recommend in a heartbeat!

The guys there are very helpful and polite. When I think of great customer service I think of these guys. I've driven over 60 miles each way two times and been very satisfied both times. Keep up the good work.
Definitely can be repaired. The shop is open Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5:30pm.
If you have a wireless you have to push the red button all the way down .That will release the canister so you can Blow out the filter

Take it to the Dyson service center in Edina Minnesota. This is a dedicated Dyson Center and the owner knows precisely how to fix your Dyson. Less expensive than a general vacuum shop he has the parts available as well as refurbished and new models for sale. I own three Dyson's and we use them at work. They have service all of our Dyson's and we've never had a problem or complaint.

Hi. I am getting one of the cordless ones soon, I was wondering the same thing Myself. All I know is this Dyson service center is the best! The man that manages the store is awesome! He's super funny, has a great sense of humor and is a great person to just listen to. I took in my Dyson in a while back wi th out making an appointment (my bad) and it was almost closing time once I got there because I live an hour and fourty five minutes away. But I was under the impression that my warrantee was going to be up, I was way off, I had another year it turns out. But the manager stayed after hours to fix my vacuum, clean it out, he replaced parts that I didn't realize were broken, and gave some tips and hints on how to better maintain my Dyson so it would have a better life expendency. All this and some great conversation made it a wonderful experience. I feel the company is very lucky to have him as the manager. I will go there for all my Dyson needs in the future. Thanks!
