This place, and Dyson are awesome. we had a new v10 and there was a battery issue. it was under warranty. Dyson online support did give us the wrong hours. The real hours are 9 to 5. However i went to drop off mine about 10 minutes to closing, and they asked if i could stay for 5 minutes. they fixed it right then, and gave it back within 5 minutes. no charge of course. verry friendly! They even did the exact same for another customer. I would recommend in a heartbeat!
They replaced the battery on ours for free even though it was out of warranty.
