Worst place to take a driver license.the staff inside are nice though .The man who gave the instructions to my test we couldn’t even hear what he saying and he was rude to ask for something.He said later I touched the barrels parking but I was not even close to touch it .two strangers were watching me and call me to tell me that too .I m not going to Carlisle again .

Am I able to get a new driver's license at this location due to name change? Recently married and have the marriage certificate and new social security card with married name.

I don't think so. Most State agencies stagger their employees lunches. So, it may not be fully staffed over lunch, but it should not be closed.

Yeah you need to schedule appointment to get your driver's license but if you're just getting your permit you can just walk in and take the test

Main Photo center in Harrisburg at PennDot Bldg on South Front Street is open Dec 24, 2018 from 7:30 AM to 4:30 pm. Carlisle office is always closed on Mondays. But Hbg location is open today.

Before u take test u must have a physical from your doc. They need that. Then they will give a vision test.
