Seriously, the best help I have ever gotten in an urgent care/ hospital. Everyone was so kind from checking in, to my nurse (Travis) and the doctor (Rebecca). Definitely made my experience great, and worthwhile. (I really hope I got everyone’s name right) Plus I also see my Chiropractor at Allina, Dr. Taylor. He is also amazing. Such a great spot. ❤️

I needed to have a 2 mm cherry angioma removed. I did not need a consult, I simply asked for it to be removed, all in all a 10 minute procedure. Based on my research lesion removals cost between $50 and $600 depending on the size, location and time needed to remove. The angioma was tiny, the procedure was quick and the location was unobtrusive. They charged me more than $1000 and no one can seem to justify the cost! Avoid this clinic if at all possible. There's no transparency in their charging and no accounting for their prices. -To your response, If you were really looking to "monitor where you have room for improvement" you'd reach out and try to discuss how your team came to the pricing that they did or try to reconcile negative experiences. You'd also provide examples of "what" you're doing to actually affect change there and show that you're doing something rather than gladhanding reviews online without any intention of making changes. The majority of your recent reviews are negative and clearly this is going to affect your business. Make an effort.

If you are coming here for hearing aids, you will find a compassionate team who is kind and knowledgeable and will give you all the information you need. Losing your hearing is scary and vulnerable, and having someone explain things in a positive, clear way is a great help.

You can get soup and sandwich and salad at about 11:30 till about 1. And if you ask I think they have vending machines where are patients don't usually find them. Just ask anyone who works there. It wouldn't be particularly healthy on a regular basis but maybe occasionally it wouldn't hurt too much. The soup is great and the sandwiches are delicious
