Ellison is the classic Soros funded woke attorney general put in office to not prosecute crime and empty the jails. You can see the results in how dangerous it is to walk the sidewalks of downtown Minneapolis and all the business closures from civilians avoiding the area. Example headline from yesterday: 'The son of a retired metro police chief was knocked unconscious after thieves took his phone. Jack Nadeau's jaw was broken and his accounts were drained'. The thugs start young, 18 in the case of Nadeau's assaulter Kevron Detrell Williams Gray. Besides nightly shootings, Target is unapproachable with a very aggressive crowd always surrounding the entrance. Years ago downtown Target had an arrangement with the police to keep a several block radius around the store free of aggression, not any more. I wonder how many democrats Ellison has turned republican. We'll see this fall I suppose with the midterms, people can only deny reality so long.

Cities and Counties can enact stricter laws than the state. For example, federal minimum wage is $7, state is $8, and Minneapolis is fighting for $15. However, Minneapolis could not allow minimum wage below $8 as the law cannot be less restrictive than the state.
I have 3 subsidized and 3 unsubsidized loans through Navient i want to consolidate. The loan doesn't go down even after paying the interest every month. What other refinancing options or loan forgiveness options are available to help me?

You should have declined the shot. Also tetanus shots while lasting 10 years should be boosted again regardless of the remaining time between shots if you cut yourself on any object that has a higher then normal chance of holding the tetanus virus such as a rusty or corroded object

The billing party on the service agreement is. If you did not authorize billing and are listed as the billing party it may be considered fraud on the part of the individual that listed you as the billing party
We have water damage in our townhouse from the roof being replaced in June. The roofing company will not pay, they say the roofer has too. We need to have stuff replaced due to mold. The restoration company is not communicating, what should we do?

Whoever was contractually obligated by you to do the roof is responsible. If they then subcontract the work to a third party it is their responsibility to seek compensation from the subcontractor for repairs needed. The work done is contractually theor issue unless otherwise stated in the work agreement
