I called the store to make sure I could get money for what I was about to give them so I went the next day but then when I was at the store they said they could not give me the money

Walked in to get a loan on a gucci purse I brought in the box. Barely got to the loan counter before I was turned away because no one can verify AUTHENTICITY. Was sent to another location because I was told they would help me there and the person who knows how to do their actual job is on vacation. I do not understand how if you do this as a living you,how you do not know how to properly service customers. Clearly they do. They train like they used to. I can see why both stores have nothing on their shelves.
