Store is clean. They have a nice selection of apparel and clubs as well. The review pertains to the service. I had a putter regripped while I checked out. I must say that Justin and the services team were fantastic. Grip was done properly and promptly. This is where it goes off the rails.. While waiting for my putter to be done, I looked around and decided to get a gift card for a friend. I approached the registers and every cashier either had their back turned or were on their phone. I have managed at nearly every level of retail and this is one of the most unprofessional things you can do!! When Destiny or Trinity or something like that finally said “Hello” in a loud piercing voice, I nodded and changed my mind on the gift card. I’ll be back for services, but that’s it!! This is a great place to get golf supplies and accessories. They carry all the popular brands and they are always having some sale or deal. They also have sale racks. Big store, very clean.

The store is amazing physically but good luck getting a store associate to make eye contact with you let alone talk to you. Was in for a driver and a new set of irons and apparently none of the 20 associates who appear to be randomly walking around could be bothered to help. Other reviews echo the same. It’s clear the employees at this store don’t care about customers or about making sales. It’s a real shame because the location and store amenities are fantastic. Oh well, I’ll go somewhere else that can be bothered to have a simple conversation.

FEDEX SmartPost utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery. This allows for a lower cost shipping option as well as ensures we are able to reach every US address, including PO Boxes.
We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. In order to cut down on transit times and provide a vast product assortment, we ship via FEDEX from various store locations across the country. If your item ships directly from the manufacturer, it may arrive via UPS or USPS as well. Even if your order is shipped in multiple packages, there will be no additional shipping charges incurred.

Yes. In-store credit is issued in the form of a physical gift card. Credits can be applied on an online order just like a regular gift card during check out processing. The same applies with a gift card issued or purchased online as those can be used in a store location.
