My two experiences with this shop were awful. And I am not one to write reviews. My first time in the store, I waited for about 35 minutes to be acknowledged by the sales team. It’s a VERY small storefront with very poor inventory selection. Nevertheless, I had a lot of questions about fireplace inserts. I waited and waited and waited. After 35 minutes it was evident the two sales members were consumed by the one other customer in the store. They never even acknowledged us (two of us) even though I was standing right next to them, clearly waiting “my turn.” So we left. Fast forward many months and I had purchased a fireplace insert from another dealer. I called Aqua Pros about scheduling an estimate for installation. The sales agent who returned my call, as soon as he heard I had already purchased a unit, was rude and dismissive. His tone changed immediately and he said he’s too busy to schedule “non-customers.” I needed to ask him another question or two about the installation/estimate process (so he could schedule me when they were “not too busy”) and he replied “ma’am. I have about twenty more phone calls to make tonight. So if you’re not a customer I don’t have time to answer your questions.” I can not believe the rudeness and I competence of the staff there. I would never NEVER recommend Aqua Pros in Lynchburg/Forest area. Their customer service is rock bottom. Their inventory is abysmal. Total lack of professionalism. Be forewarned. I only gave two stars bc he actually returned my call
