URGENT ALERT! GREATS NEWS! There is NEW management!!! Kitty and Kenya are incredible to shop with and there is all new staff! The customer service experience is so on point now. I look forward to continuing to regularly go back into the store after todays new experience. I took a long hiatus, until today due to previous customer service experience and negative energy in store.
