Very disappointed in the level of care coming from this office. I recently moved here from Arizona and decided I need to get established with a new doctor. I have anxiety/major depression (diagnosed in Arizona) and spoke to a doctor about getting back onto medication for it. One of the meds was filled that day but the second medication was put on hold by the insurance company pending authorization. The pharmacy said all that needed to be done was the doctor needed to call the insurance company and authorize the medicine. Well it's now been over a week. I have called the doctors office numerous times requesting this get done and after promises of it will be done first thing, nothing has happened. Luckily I am able to manage my depression in homeopathic ways but I can't even imagine what this could do to someone really struggling. I'm about at the point of seeking a new doctor who actually can put some time into taking care of their patients. I do not recommend this office to anyone. Look somewhere else.

Do not go here. We just moved here and I went to get established with a new doctor. Appointment at 3, didn’t see doc till 4. Very unprofessional. Dressed in a raggedy T-shirt and leggings. First question was what do you need. Had no clue about my medical history which I provided days before the appointment. I am now trying to get my one prescription and when I called the lady very rudely stated it took 72 hours to refill a prescription. It wasn’t a refill??? Apparently there’s a 72 hour review process on all prescriptions?? What if you are sick and need an antibiotic?Office is filthy. Worst experience ever. They need to be shut down.

Very poor care!!!! Refuses to prescribe my HIGH RISK sister any meds for covid and will not communicate!!! Absolutely disrespectful and Northern for their patients!!! Do not use this facility

Without a doubt the slowest place I’ve ever seen in my life. Both my parents left here and found a new office because of the frustrating wait and inability to reach anyone on the telephone. Do yourself a favor and find another place to go.
