I have had a runaround with this company since Saturday. Finally spoke with someone in the corporate office, with all the overdraft fees and charges on my account from this company for the shoe that is in stock that I was lied that they didn’t have, so corporate offered me $20 on my reward points for a $58 pair of shoes this is ridiculous customer service is ridiculous corporate office is ridiculous so I will be going to the Better Business Bureau because I did not except 20 for me to still have to pay $40. I went into the store myself after speaking with them before I placed my first order on Saturday stood beside the manager asked questions about how do you see the color of the shoe play dumb and there are two in stock. ! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS I WILL NEVER SHOP THIS PLACE AGAIN
