My local hometown brewery. Ambiance: Large space, with great seating either at bar, patio or in back. Ambiance is balanced well, as comfy modern but yet not to busy. Food: Good diverse beer selection of a variety of styles. Drink specials are top notch and well priced. Food is great, small menu but burgers are delicious. Price: Typical, not overwhelming. Do it again?:. Heck yes!

fun little spot right on 4th (which is pretty much the main street in Hamburg). great atmosphere. the staff was very freindly and we all enjoyed our food. I myself had some of their beer which was very tasty. the little one gave 2 thumbs up on the chicken nuggets!

Every beer we had was tasty. They had a lot of options of different types to choose from. The fries were delicious!!!!! We had a regular burger and the chickpea burger. Both were decent. Service was friendly and quick and the atmosphere was great.

I found this place on a whim because of a billboard and thank god I did!! I loved it here. I showed up a few minutes after they opened and my bf and I were the only ones in the brewery for a little bit. The bartender was soo friendly and knew so much about the history of the brewing company, the beer, he gave us all his recommendations, told us the crowd favorites, and it was a great experience!!! I love that you're able to see the barrel system over the dining room - so cool. The beer selection is great - we didn't try any food but the review photos look good.

1787 Special burger is AMAZING. They also have a buffalo chicken flatbread, pulled pork sandwiches, crab cakes, a really nice salad with a mango dressing topped with chicken, loaded fries with cheese, bacon, jalapenos. Food and beer is delicious!! Great atmosphere. They open a parking lot up on busy nights that is right across the street. A must if your looking for a cool place!!

I don't think so. They don't have a bottling machine on site. You will be able to buy a growler.
Their grand opening is June 23rd. Hopefully after that their website will provide more information. Right now it is open thurs to sun.
If you don't mind sitting outside. I think they would be very dog friendly. Lovely tables. I think a well behaved dog would be welcome.
1787 is the year the town of Hamburg was Founded. They wanted to commemorate the Town of Hamburg
