Cracker Barrel is always great. If you've seen one, you've seen them all. Really tasty food and good service. And the gift shop is always well-stocked with lovely items. The only reason I've given a four-star review is because they have reduced their menu and taken away my favorite breakfast. I don't care for most breakfast foods, so the menu is limited for me, but my husband, who loves eggs and meat, loves going to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. I do love that you can now call ahead to get on the wait list, since they are ALWAYS packed.

This was my first Cracker Barrel ever. I've always wanted to go, finally I made it. I really loved the old times decorations. Felt like went back in time and that felt good and relaxing. A waitress who served us was Destiny, beautiful, energetic and caring person. She and the kitchen personnel who she was talking to were extremely nice and understanding beyond our expectations. We don't eat any meat, in restaurants we always go with vegetarian options. So some veggies we ordered were fried in spices which contained meat or meats were rolled in same bowl of spices, and Destiny came back saying that. We really appreciate their concern! There are chairs and benches outside of the building and you can play games. Staff was very nice The only thing water in the bathroom has so much pressure ot splashed my clothes while washing hands. Highly recommended I had great time and just LOVED THE PLACE. will be coming back

Cracker Barrel has always had excellent customer service, but our experience last evening was over the top! Once again, the service of our waitress was wonderful! She was very kind and personable. After only a few minutes of waiting, we were informed that our food would take a little longer than expected. The staff offered us soup or salad on the house while we waited, which was very generous considering the food was only delayed for a short amount of time. Despite coming on a Friday evening, we received top notch care and were finished with our meal in under an hour. Super impressed and I’m definitely coming back! 10/10 Thanks to everyone on staff! You all are great!

Excellent place, staff very polite, food is amazing and prices are pretty affordable. A little crowded but is worth the waiting.
