I work at RDG1 dock/decant/pick but mainly dock. Amazon is a great place to work mainly because of the people. No matter what job you have there will always be that one that has a issue. No jobs perfect for anyone yes it's hot and long days but I'm making close to $19 a hr without a diploma and I have 3 small children to support.I can't find that anywhere and judgement was never made.I can get time off when I need it and I do because of doctors this year but I find the hassle to be with the doctor it's self not erc/hr. Give it a chance and you will like this job. Tracy W.

Don't listen to some of the positive reviews. Most of them come from family members and friends of that sweatshop. I worked here since January 2022 and it was a horrible experience. Amazon doesn't care about your well being. They only care about their rates and how much money they lose. Learning Ambassadors are a joke in this facility as they do absolutely NOTHING but waste more of your ToT. This isn't your typical fully-robotic warehouse either. It is a non-robotic FC and everything is done manually with carts and u-boats. We literally walk around the mile-long facility for 10 hours with only a few minutes of break. Most stowers just sit on the floors all day and talk with their friends while doing absolutely nothing and taking up space in the isles. They think they are still in Guatemala or whatever third world village they came from. Seriously, don't work here. Go to college and make something of yourself. Go learn a trade and work with a Union. Work here part-time...whatever. Just don't end up making this into a career because you will never get where you want to be with Amazon, unless you like sweating for 10 hours and going nowhere in life. When I finally got my letter of acceptance from another job, I couldn't quit fast enough. "Love working here... Can't find a better job than Amazon....Clean and efficient" LMAOO OH COME ON. NONE OF THAT IS TRUE LOL.

As a truck driver this is my favorite amazon facility. The people in the guardshack are always nice and loads are always ready for pick up before scheduled time.

If I could give them 0 star I would. We as truck driver work hard. They made us sit 3 day on a load because it was a floor load. They kept trying to say our trailer was bad but that was a lie. We have use this trailer and done plenty of delivery for Amazon all the time. They just didn't want to unload it. So if you ever get a floor load make sure you are not delivering it hear. This was some bull s. We will not be delivering here again.
