I’m always hesitant when working with any new broker. However, I made the RIGHT decision when I decided to work with Chip Phet. He is readily available, very responsive and communicates everything to me which gives me confidence and peace of mind when it comes to my shipments being handled by him. I had a return shipment from one of my customers and the custom’s broker we decided to use on the load was just flat out terrible. He didn’t know what he was doing and ended up costing our company a lot of time, money and energy! However, even though Chip was NOT a custom’s broker, he went above and beyond his duties and obligations to push this load through faster (which was being held at the border for DAYS) going from Canada to the U.S. saving my company a ton more money and of course headaches! This is one example of what Chip has helped me with. Chip is a very trusted logistics partner and plays a key role in helping make our logistics operation more seamless and effective. He is a great asset to us and our company appreciates and values him very much.
