Kern has a really helpful calculator on their website to figure out how much to order. When I still didn't know how much to purchase for our new house, I called and talked with someone 4 or 5 times. They were so patient and helpful. We ended up ordering exactly the right amount. I plan to use Kern exclusively in the future. They made this experience a really pleasant one.

You will need a puckup truck but prices are excellent. Friendly service. In and out is very simple. Bought a load of black dirt last week and looking forward to purchasing plenty of mulch

We do not carry straw or hay. We recommend calling Egg Plant in StPaul or Mother Earth Gardens in Longfellow, Mpls.

When does the regular weekly lawn service start?

Depends on the seasons. This year was a late winter so it starts later than usual as opposed to last year was an early spring so the dates don't stay consistent since the weather doesn't. When they get done with spring clean ups then they usually start mowing. Hopefully this helps answer your question!
