So, the charge quoted by the "technician" was $275 to flush our tankless water heater; got an additional $20 off because we had used Carter Plumbing in the past. When speaking with the office person, she then added and additional $49 charge to come to the house. BS.....bait and switch in the original charge. Be careful to get all of the charges if you decide to use this company for basic maintenance on your home heating equipment. I will look for someone else to do the servicing and am sure that I can get just as good of service at at least their $255.00 quote before the upcharge for nothing more than driving 3-4 miles to our home.

Yes they will include the service call to the total price of job, but they are the best around this area. In my books
This company is super. We have well, septic and just added waterless hot water tank, R/O system and accidentally reducer, had pipes ready done and insulated and they were great, came back to address problems, concerns etc. Jason is super and Customer Service 5+++++
