UPDATE: 2 weeks since this post and apparently they only park in the handicap spots at the main office, not at actually doctor's office. Seen one today in a normal parking spot, with someone in it. That tells me they think they own the parking spots at their main office in Lancaster, SC. I'm going to be honest here. The only reason I am writing this is because I feel it is in poor judgement in what they did or well where they park their Plexus vans. Today I had to take my Father in law to his doctor. Thought I would be able to park in the handicap parking like I always do in his vehicle. However, I get there and both Plexus vans are parked in the handicap parking at their office in Lancaster. No one in them, not running just parked there. Oh and the engines were cold. So that tells me if they are using the handicap parking for their vehicles, they are truly lazy or just don't care about it. As for the other handicap people who may need that spot. They don't care. If those vans are not being used they should NOT be parked there.

A great doctors office. I was able to be seen the same day that I called. They also take care of my children. They have a pharmacy on site, so I don’t have to go somewhere else to get my medicine.

This use to be a good place to go to. First ill say I understand about the insurance and providers stuff. But I have called for days for a refill and never got it. Some of the staff are rude and they cut you off mid conversation in a sentence. They don't take time to listen to a patients needs cause they in a rush to get off the phone. It's sad to get a refill or even just a question you might as well make an appointment. This is the worst. I highly recommend finding another doctor office I advise anyone don't go here.

I had an awesome experience with Plexus health Marketing staff. I requested assistance with a community outreach with my organization. With in that day, my request had been approved, as well as the staff accommodated me with a delivery of supplies needed for the outreach.
