First time going to this urgent care. Thought I would try it because of the good reviews. First off went in and they said I couldn't be see since the printer was not working because I had to sign a consent form. I was told I had to come back another day. I was already missing work to be there so I asked if they had the form online(duh) light bulb moment. So I had to go home print out the form and fill it out to be seen same day. Did that and went back. Told the nurse practioner what was going on with me and they did an EKG. She says my heartbeat was abnormal and I should go to the ER and they would call and send over that EKG reading to let them know I was coming. I call my husband and he comes from work to be with me just in case. Long story short after sitting in the ER for 9 hrs, urine sample, blood work, CT scan and another EKG later just to be told they don't know what urgent care saw but my heart is fineπ So now thanks to this urgent care I have a bill for no valid reason.

Was not able to get any help with my two issues until I had a Wellness visit and then scheduled another visit as a patient for another day. And this after I visited the first time as an urgent care patient and nothing was addressed. I would suggest getting all the information of what they require in writing and go somewhere else if you have an immediate issue. I see in the reply your point...however; I said I did not want any pain medication but would be open to Neurontin to try. On the notes it stated that she advised diet and exercise for the elevated blood glucose. She never stated that nor did she offer in medication for prescribing. While I appreciate the need to be reimbursed for services it is a medical failure to not address the elevated blood glucose or the borderline increase in BP. As a pharmacist I am very open with my medical history and what is going on at that time. What happened here was I was not given a serious listen to my concerns. And when I asked if she would write an order for blood work so that it could be examined as soon as possible she did not at first want to do that. I had to ask 3 times for that. So again. Listen to your patients and do not document what did not happen. Good day.

Very professional and friendly staff! I was having consistent knee pain for 2 months with no relief. Dr. Kedar gave me a cortisone injection in the knee and I was pain free before I left the office. 4 weeks out and I am still pain free. I know this won't last forever but I am enjoying it while I can. Thank you! JC

We do not do x-rays in office. We send our patients to the Lancaster Imaging Center for x-rays. We would suggest he come in for an evaluation or go to the nearest Emergency Room for an evaluation.
