I DO NOT recommend bringing your Toyota here for service. I brought my car in, a 2020 Rav4, for the service technicians look at an issue with the infotainment unit in the car. It was constantly rebooting and would not stay on after the car battery died. First, I had to call to get an update on the diagnosis. They did not call me after a day. Next, I was told by the service advisor that the entire unit had to be replaced at a cost of $1,400.00. Bad news, but I then found a fix for it on Reddit. Yes you read that right. I saved myself $1,400.00 through an internet message board. The service center should be more diligent and creative in solving problems instead of defaulting to "replace". It's especially frustrating since they had the car for plenty of time. And if they needed more time to diagnose they should have just asked. Very disappointing. Avoid! Bring your car to another shop! I will not go here again and will encourage others to do the same.

I have worked with so many dealerships and call them got information's. But that is the worst experience I had. The front desk helped me very well but the sells department was so rude to even answer a question's I had, I got a simply answer to all of my questions " NO". I hope they will improve there sells department.

Never experienced such a terrible customer service over the phone. I called Star Toyota Service and asked if the parts department is in the sales building or service building and i was told in the most rudest way possible “im not a gps, look it up and hung up on me” i did not even ask for an address. All i asked was a simple question. I called at 12:07pm, Saturday, October 1st.

If the car is being worked, you simply drive in the garage, with your registration in hand. They will take care of it!
First, what is length of warranty. Second, don't know that I would trust Star Toyota to fix it.
