At The Law Offices of David Fried, PC, ALL cases are handled directly by Attorney Fried himself. In addition, you will also have full access to our entire team during your representation and can speak to any staff member for questions or assistance.
Our firm is open Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Please contact our office on holidays to ensure we are not closed!
Our office recommends that every client bring documentation relevant to their case for our formal review at the consultation. In the event that you have no documentation, we are still happy to talk through your case with you!
Our billing practices depend entirely on what type of case you have. Once we have conducted a formal review, we will either bill at a flat-rate, an hourly rate, or on a contingency basis. If cost is an issue for our prospective clients, depending on the subject matter, payment plans may also be offered as a courtesy.
