Great hotel with fantastic views!! Make sure to get a front facing room. The staff was very friendly and well educated on the hotel processes. Our room was very clean and the beds we very comfortable. The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking but if you double them over you can get by. I was a bit disappointed that the hotel bar, which is located in the spacious lobby, closed at 10pm on a weekend. There are a few restaurants nextdoor (Outback, iHop) but you still need to drive to get there safely. The hotel is high up on the mountain and it has a long a somewhat narrow driveway with several curves. Definitely will stay there again.

Room was nice, service was good though they did not advise me of any credits that I had available to me. Food at the restaurant only bar food items available but chicken wings were good. The bed was very uncomfortable like sleeping on the floor. The hotel overall was quiet and clean.

Always a fantastic experience here. The hotel is nice, the breakfast, delicious- the customer service is exceptional. Mae at the font desk always makes me & my pup Lucy feel so welcome. I always stay here when coming into town.

Lovely experience from the beginning to the end of our stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities were top quality. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only slight negative was that some of our room’s electrical outlets did not work. With a couple of outlets, one of the two outlets would work and the other didn’t which with 4 adults each with their own electronic devices made it difficult to accommodate everyone. The hotel is situated on a hill with a great view of greater Roanoke and the surrounding mountains. Overall, a great stay.
