3.5 stars. Stayed here one night on our trip back from the Smoky Mountains. It was a great location for us. The staff was helpful and the room was standard Courtyard and well appointed. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Not what I expect from a Marriott.

Awesome place to stay! Bill made my year! He deserve a great tip! I love the location, the restaurant and the lounge on site . No need to travel out with car service.

This was a great experience. Alysha at the front desk made my day with her service, the information she provided and her empathy. The pick-up dinner from the bistro was fast and quite delicious. And the shuttle in the morning was ready at o'dark thirty and took me to the airport even earlier than expected. Just a terrific experience. Thank you!

Positive: Hotel & room was very clean & modern. Bed was comfy. Hotel bar area was so pleasant with plenty of seating everywhere. the bartender was amazing & the food was good. Washer & dryer worked perfectly. Sitting around the fire pit was so tranq Negative: The pillows were too big as I am a petite person and they hurt my neck. That¿s it. We really enjoyed this hotel.
