Both of my sons play football and have been treated at Beyond Limits in Eagle Mountain. Matt Sudweeks was their physical therapist, and he was awesome. He asked questions, listened to our concerns, and never seemed rushed. He was knowledgeable and took time to show us on a 3D screen exactly what the problem was with both of my boys. He took personal interest in their situations, and even called the football trainer personally to let him know what he suggested. One of the boys also saw Casey and really likes him too- I very highly recommend Beyond Limits and their therapists to anyone.

Our first patient of the day is 7:00 am and usually we take our last patient at 6:00pm that night M-F

Usually you do not. There are a select few insurances that do require it. If you call in and give us your insurance info we can check that for you

Each insurance has their own allowed amounts and benefits. Without knowing yours, I can't say. If you would like to call our business office at 801-302-7230, they would be happy to help you figure out what your out-of-pocket cost would be.
The list is quite extensive; therefore, we are unable to list them all. I can say we are a participating provider with pretty much every carriers. Is there one in particular you are wondering about?
