Yes. REMassage keeps medical records on file. NAT treatments are the only treatments that SOAP notes (Subj data, Obj data, Assessment & Plan) will be recorded unless a client specifically requests that they be documented for any other treatment i.e. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy etc.

Once you use that credit, you have to wait for your renewal BUT, you do have the option to replenish/recharge your plans credit for the price of the memberships price. If you do this, the renewal charge will still be charged. Other options would be to purchase a series.
