Janette is amazing! I had a recent dog bite ( 10 days prior to visit) that she treated with near infrared. The tenderness was gone almost immediately. The bruising and swelling were almost completely gone within 6 hours of the treatment. Amazing results! I appreciate her knowledge and talent!

Janette is absolutely amazing! I have had shoulder pain for 7 years before going to Janette and after one visit, I had long-lasting relief. Janette is incredibly friendly and works on educating why you're experiencing pain. I would absolutely recommend Janette to anyone looking for a masseuse!

Janette is both intuitive and knowledgeable as a therapist. As a trained massage therapist myself I am very picky~ and she’s my absolute favorite!!

Janette is a skilled massage therapist. Her ability to zero in on specifically what was causing my shoulder issues was very impressive, and effective in my recovery.

What is structural integration?

Structural Integration sessions include a visual and movement assessment to identify areas of restricted movement, shortened muscles, rotations and misalignments within the body. The bodywork focuses on correcting those to bring the structure back into alignment with greater motion and less tension, discomfort, and pain. The sessions are less of a traditional all-over massage, although that may be used at the end of the session to make it feel more cohesive, and more focused on using specific techniques to correct individual issues.
